Rinse with fresh water and dry with a soft cloth after contact with salt water, sweat or chemicals. Avoid hot showers, saunas and steam, as sudden temperature changes can affect the seals. Never operate the crown or pushers underwater. Keep the watch away from strong magnetic fields and heavy impacts, and wipe the case and bracelet regularly with a dry, soft cloth.
